With over 25 years in the Wellness Industry, Jess specializes in creating inspiring and transformative wellness experiences for healthy aging. He leads our yoga, balance and moving meditation programs.

Julia Cerutti

Instructor: Movement Made Easy
Julia has been leading mobility and movement classes since 2021 and she’s thrilled to bring her passion for healthy aging to weekly Movement Made Easy classes, helping residents stay active and connected.

Marc Santa Maria

Instructor: Mobility & Strength
Marc has been a leader in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years, serving as a Nike Elite Athlete and Master Trainer in Mobility & Strength, as well as the National Director of Group Fitness for Crunch Gyms. 

Liz Fichtner

Liz Fichtner is a seasoned fitness professional and Group Fitness Manager at Crunch Fitness. With 30+ years of experience, she takes a holistic approach to health, blending movement & motivation in classes.
