As a child, Chelsea was always dancing around the house. Her first formal movement training was in rhythmic gymnastics. She graduated from Canterbury High School’s dance program and then traveled to pursue fashion modeling. While finding her way around NYC, Milan, and Paris was an experience of growth, she so missed her true passion for dance. She returned to her hometown of Ottawa and started taking classes again, and eventually attended a full-time post-secondary contemporary dance program for two years. She also worked at her family’s health food store for 15 years, which fostered a keen interest in food and health. Through her own struggles with injuries and having scoliosis, Chelsea came to find the benefits of physiotherapy and strength training. She is certified in personal training (CanFitPro), Fletcher Pilates matwork, and Hatha Yoga (200h). She is also a runner. She is eager to learn the specifics of each client and adapt exercises to be right for them. She wants to give her clients improved movement and enjoyment in everyday life, as well as any specific sports/activities they do.

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Level 4 Certified Sound Healer, specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing. I have professional teaching experience with well-known fitness and yoga brands such as GoodLife Fitness and Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, where I worked with a diverse range of students across different skill levels and backgrounds. These experiences strengthened my ability to teach structured, safe, and results-oriented classes while maintaining the depth and integrity of traditional yoga practices. My teaching approach blends classical yogic wisdom with a modern, functional understanding of movement, breath, and mindfulness. I emphasize alignment, breath awareness, strength, and inner stillness, making yoga both accessible and transformative. I am deeply committed to continuous learning, disciplined personal practice, and sharing yoga as a holistic tool for physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
