Balance Training

Day 1 kicks off with a Balance Training class featuring both seated and standing exercises. You’ll practice standing up and sitting down without using your hands—building lower body strength, control, and confidence from the ground up. Resistance Bands: Upper Body

Members with full access can enjoy the complete series—designed to build strength and confidence at every level. Join Liz for Day 2 in this seated class focused on enhancing upper body strength using resistance bands. You’ll work your arms, shoulders, and back while improving coordination and stability. Start light and build as you go!
