Director of Wellness

Jess specializes in creating inspiring and transformative wellness experiences for healthy aging. As the Director of Wellness for Total Life, he leads our yoga, breath work, journaling and moving meditation programs.

Laura Hinsperger

Facilitator: Meaning in Life

With a degree in psychology and background in mental health coaching, Laura leads our weekly Meaning in Life program, helping members find a renewed sense of purpose, emotional balance, an confidence.

Julia Cerutti

Instructor: Gentle Barre

Julia has been deeply committed to supporting healthy aging through her work at Total Life. She earned her Barre certification in 2021 and is excited to offer weekly Gentle Barre classes, fostering connection.
