With a degree in psychology and background in mental health coaching, Laura leads our weekly Meaning in Life program, helping members find a renewed sense of purpose, emotional balance, an confidence.
Julia Cerutti
Instructor: Gentle Barre
Julia has been deeply committed to supporting healthy aging through her work at Total Life. She earned her Barre certification in 2021 and is excited to offer weekly Gentle Barre classes, fostering connection.
