1. Check Your Email
You will receive an email within 24 hours of signing up for our free trial. This email will include your sign-in details and program information. Please check your inbox for this email. If you do not see it, reach out to us at wellness.totallife.com, and a team member will assist you.


2. Take a class!
Once you receive account access and sign in, please make sure to join one of our daily classes, try an on demand class, or even start a wellness program! Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Breath Work and Journaling classes are offered every week. You can find the full schedule of classes by clicking 'Live Wellness Classes' in your account
3. Wellness Kickoff
If you have questions, need help navigating the platform, or advice in choosing the right classes that fit your goals, please signup for your free 15 minute kickoff session with our Director of Wellness.

4. Mobility, Balance
and Stability Tests
These three activity-based tests are used across the country to measure your stability, balance, and mobility. Please take each test and record your scores. Then see the activity keys below for general score ranges. We can then guide you to the right program focused where you need it most.
Chair to Stand Test

The key below outlines a range of scores reflecting lower body strength and mobility. Higher scores mean greater strength and mobility.
Moderate Performance Range: 9-14
High Performance Range: 15 or more
Achieving 15 or more indicates good functional strength and mobility.
Moderate Performance Range: 9-14
This range indicates average strength and mobility.
Low Performance Range: 0-8
Low Performance Range: 0-8
This range suggests a need for strength and mobility support.
Balance Test

This key outlines score ranges from a balance assessment based on three foot positions. Higher scores indicate better balance.
Fair to Good Balance: 17-24 points
Excellent Balance: 25-30 points
Very good stability and coordination, no stability concerns.
Fair to Good Balance: 17-24 points
Solid performance with minor challenges to maintaining stability.
Poor Balance: 0-16 points
Poor Balance: 0-16 points
Significant difficulty with balance, needs balance training.
Mobility & Gait Test
This key outlines score ranges for a walking test, where you walk around a water bottle placed 10 feet from a chair and return at a normal pace. Scores are based on time taken to complete the task.
Less than 3.6 sec: Excellent - High efficiency and mobility.
3.6 sec - 4.6 sec: Good - strong mobility, minimal concerns
4.6sec to 6.5 sec: Average - Typical mobility.
More than 6.5 sec: Below average - mobility issues.
