We’re kicking Day 1 off with a Balance Training class that includes both seated and standing exercises. You’ll practice rising from your chair and lowering back down — all without using your hands for support. It’s all about building strength, control, and confidence from the ground up.
Day 2
Resistance Bands: Upper Body
Join Liz on Day 2 in this seated class focuses on enhancing upper body strength using resistance bands. You'll strengthen the muscles of your arms, shoulders, and back while practicing coordination and stability. Start with light resistance and gradually increase.

Journaling Class: LIVE
