Gentle Yoga Flexibility: LIVE

Welcome to your second week of classes! Today you go live again with a class designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall ease of movement. Most of the class is done in a chair, using a resistance band for effective stretching. A strap or belt will also work! Class is Monday & Friday at 11am EST. Can’t make it live?
