Join us for a 5-day Strength and Stamina Building Series designed especially for older adults. Using light weights and a chair for support, each class focuses on building strength, endurance, and confidence—all at your own pace.
Most of the class is done seated, with optional standing exercises to safely challenge balance and coordination. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, more energetic, and ready to live a fuller, more active life. Let’s build strength together, one day at a time!

Day 1
The Power of Your Breath
We're excited to welcome you to this transformative 5-day breath work program! In just five days, you’ll discover the incredible power of your breath to reduce stress, clear your mind, and improve your overall well-being. Each day, you'll focus on a new breathing technique, helping you tap into energy, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of calm.
Day 2
Your Breath in Balance
Today, we focus on lengthening our breath and creating balance in our breathing patterns. Through guided techniques and mindful practices, you will learn to extend the duration of your inhales and exhales, promoting relaxation and enhancing your lung capacity. By evening out the rhythm of your breath, you'll cultivate a deeper sense of calm and presence, helping to reduce stress and improve your overall wellbeing.
Day 3
Suspended in Breath
Today, we’re elevating our breath work practice with a powerful technique: holding the breath at the top of the inhale. While it may seem simple, this pause is deeply transformative—it strengthens lung capacity, sharpens focus, and cultivates a profound sense of control. In that moment, you’ll find space to release tension and invite in calm. We'll explore this together and expand both our breath and our awareness.
Day 4
Embrace the Stillness
Today, we’re taking on another breath work challenge—this time by holding our breath at the end of the exhale. The goal is to slow things down, extend each breath, and settle into that quiet space of stillness. As you hold your breath out, stay relaxed. Lean into the discomfort and trust that your body can adapt. This helps expand your lung capacity and builds a deep sense of calm and resilience.
Day 5
The Power in the Pause
Welcome to Day 5 of the Reset Your Breath series—you’ve made it to the final day! Today, we’re turning up the challenge by exploring breath retention at both the top of the inhale and the bottom of the exhale. This powerful practice invites you to take full ownership of your breath and find ease within the stillness. As you extend and hold your breath at both ends, the key is to stay relaxed, present, and grounded. Let’s finish strong and tap into the full potential of your breath, together.
