Everyday Ease

Join us for a 5-day journey to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength—designed especially for older adults. Using a resistance band, each class combines gentle stretching and strengthening exercises that are easy to follow and adaptable for any fitness level.

Every session begins with a short breath practice to center the mind, followed by seated and standing movements that enhance range of motion, balance, and confidence. Whether you're looking to move with more ease or maintain independence, this series will help you feel stronger, more flexible, & energized every day.

Day 1

Breathe and Band Basics

Start your journey with seated breathwork and simple upper body stretches using the resistance band. This class focuses on gentle shoulder and arm movements that open tight areas and prepare your body for the days ahead. We’ll then transition to standing stretches with the band to introduce a safe and supportive way to improve flexibility.

Day 2

Lengthen and Lift

Today’s class begins with seated band stretches for the arms and shoulders, encouraging openness and ease in your upper body. From there, we’ll move to standing band stretches to gently lengthen the spine and hips, helping you feel taller, lighter, and more balanced.

Day 3

Twist and Release

We’ll open with a calming breath practice and seated band exercises to warm up the upper body. Then we’ll focus on gentle twisting motions—both seated and standing—using the band to release tension in the back & sides, improving range of motion & circulation.

Day 4

Bend and Stretch

This class begins with seated upper body work using the band to build gentle strength in the arms and shoulders. Then, we’ll stand with the band to explore balance and leg stretches, helping you feel more confident and stable in your everyday movements.

Day 5

Flow and Flexibility

On our final day, we’ll start seated, weaving breath and band work together to energize the upper body. Then we’ll explore a flowing sequence that moves from standing to the floor, integrating the band into full-body stretches that leave you feeling flexible, relaxed, and ready to move with ease.
