Day 1: A Moving Meditation

Mindful Flow

Welcome to Day 1 of the Mindful Movements series. Today, we begin by gently combining simple seated movements with mindful breathing to create a calming moving meditation. This practice invites you to discover a natural flow and deepen your connection with your body.

As we move slowly and intentionally, we’ll synchronize breath with each motion to help cultivate mindfulness and gently release tension. Remember, this is not about getting it “right” — it’s about tuning in, honoring your body, and embracing the moment. Let’s begin this journey of breath and movement together—you’re ready!

Day 2: Breath in Balance

Grounded Breathing

Welcome to Day 2 of Mindful Movements. Today, we begin with a grounding breath practice to center ourselves and gently prepare the body for movement. As your breath settles, we’ll move into simple, flowing seated movements that align with each inhale and exhale.

Day 3: Flow from Within

Centered Flow

Welcome to Day 3 of Mindful Movements! We’ll begin by returning to our steady breath—grounding ourselves and creating space for presence and ease. Then from this centered place, we’ll move into a flowing sequence of seated movements, each one guided by the rhythm of your breath.

This moving meditation invites you to explore how your body feels in motion, letting breath & movement become one seamless experience.

Day 4: Gratitude in Motion

Heartfelt Motion

Welcome to Day Three of our 3-Day Wellness Journey! Today’s session is about releasing tension, increasing flexibility, & reconnecting with your breath and body.

We’ll start with seated breathing exercises to help you center and relax. From there, we’ll move into a seated cat-cow sequence to gently mobilize the spine and improve posture. Finally, we’ll use a strap or resistance band to stretch the hamstrings, shoulders, and back, helping to restore range of motion and ease stiffness.

This is your time to stretch out, and feel more open and aligned. Let’s finish strong—calm, confident, & flexible.
