    Lorna worked as an educational assistant for 20 years with individuals with special needs. Always looking for ways she could improve their sense of well-being through movement, music, and relaxation, she became serious about teaching yoga during COVID, taking an online teacher training course. The "perfect pose" was not for her. Finding her way on her yoga journey, she took the Accessible Yoga training, many trainings with Kristen Webber at Subtle Yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and children's yoga. Taking a Somatic Healing course has taken her further than she could have imagined on her yoga journey. Using all her knowledge, she is passionate about teaching yoga to older adults. Helping them feel better in body, mind, and soul.
