You'll strengthen the muscles of your arms, shoulders, and back, helping you feel more stable and prevent future injuries. Start with light resistance & gradually increase.

Welcome to Day 2 of our 3 Day Wellness Journey! This seated and standing workout targets lower body strength and includes gentle cardio movements to boost your heart rate. This promotes overall lower body strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health in a supportive environment.

Welcome to Day Three of our Wellness Journey! We'll start with seated breathing exercises to center ourselves, followed by a seated cat-cow sequence to relieve tension and enhance mobility. Finally, we’ll use a strap or resistance band to improve flexibility in our hamstrings, shoulders, and back.
