What's included in my membership?

Unlimited live daily classes, access to our on demand library of classes, access to our Wellness Programs that boost your physical activity, mental sharpness, and emotional well-being, as well as our Total Life Wellness Community.

What types of classes do you offer?

As part of your membership we offer over 30+ live classes every week including yoga, barre, meditation, breath work, journaling, pilates, book club, story telling, Meaning in Life, & Bingo.

How do I use the Wellness Journal?

As part of your membership, you'll receive a brand new journal every 3 months. Paired with our group journaling classes, the journal anchors your journey to wellness, helping you to you reflect, grow, and thrive. 

How does the 7 Day Free Trial work?

Our 7 Day Free Trial gives you the chance to try out our classes and programs risk free. Just cancel within 7 days and you will not be charged! Note: your wellness journal is shipped after free trial ends.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time! For monthly members, you will still have access to classes and your account until your billing cycle ends. For yearly members, you will also have access to classes and your account until end of billing cycle.
